Things you should consider when hosting Grand Master Wheatley. Please note the following:
• When arriving please have yourself or a senior student be at the airport to greet him. • Make sure all accommodations are taken care of before he arrives. For arrival it is a courtesy to have some refreshments in his hotel room. • Either purchase an airline ticket or reimburse Grand Master Wheatley for the flight (he can give you a copy of the receipt) • Take care of all hotel and meal accommodations • Seminar fee: $40 per student who attends the Seminar with a minimum of 50 participants. In the event that you do not have the required participants, Grand Master Wheatley's fee would be $2000 (Grand Master Wheatley's fees should be paid upon completion of each seminar) • Examiner fee $300 sitting fee •. ITF examiner fee 20% of the ITF dan application
